Our Pharmacists

Our team of pharmacists is fully qualified, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and brings extensive experience from both online and community pharmacy settings. They oversee daily operations, ensuring the safe supply of over-the-counter medicines and the accurate dispensing of prescriptions.

Several members of our team are also qualified independent prescribers, allowing us to offer a broader range of treatments while maintaining full compliance with modern healthcare regulations. We encourage you to explore their credentials and get to know the professionals behind our trusted service.

Who Regulates Us?

Who Can We Provide Treatment To?

We can provide over the counter and of the shelf medications to patients aged 16 and over, and prescription medications to patients aged 18 years and over.

We deliver throughout the UK, and this goes for products from our store, repeat prescriptions, and prescription medications from our clinic.

When you want to obtain either an over the counter or prescription medication, you'll order this a check questionnaire with our healthcare team, usually one of our pharmacists or prescribers.

You'll need to answer some quick questions which will help our professionals get a better idea about the state of your health and any conditions you may be suffering from.

This process is completely private and confidential, just as it would be when you consult with your own local GP. This helps our pharmacists ensure we only send out medications that are safe, effective, and the best possible choices for you.

Treatment Information

If our team decide that the medication you would prefer is not suitable for you for any reason they will let you know and suggest some alternative treatments that will be a better fit for you and may be more effective in treating your condition.

In some very rare cases, medications may be prescribed for patients who are under the age of 18 but have parental consent, or in cases where their conditions will need prescribe medications that they don't believe will be right for you.

In order to get the right medication from our team they sometimes ask you to provide extra information, such as a valid form of identification, before they'll finalise your order. Don't worry, this extra information will be treated with the same care and confidentiality as the rest of your order.

Due to the nature of our online business, we are unfortunately unable to provide assistance to patients who are in need of immediate medical care. In these cases, our team may advise that you seek an alternative form of healthcare, like visiting your GP or A&E department.

If our team think you would benefit from in-person or urgent care, we will let you know what we believe would be the best course of action for you.

Sometimes, you can need a face to face consultation with a medical professional and our team are more than happy to advise that you use your local service if you need to.
