Important Information About Your Order

Prescription orders must be approved before they can be shipped. Please note that express delivery will only be available after the prescriber approves the item. It usually takes a few hours, but it can take up to 72 hours after placing your order.

Delivery Policy

Please note any incorrect delivery address details entered we are not responsible for and a re-shipping fee will be applied. Additionally, if you have missed the multiple re-delivery attempts and the item is returned to us, we will have to re-charge you postage to re-ship the item back out to you.

Prescription items must be shipped signed for or guaranteed to express delivery. Customer services cannot expedite your order so that the prescriber can review it.

*Please note: Estimated delivery times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed. During exceptionally busy periods, processing times may be longer and delivery times can be affected by adverse weather conditions. Delivery estimates exclude Bank Holidays, public holidays and weekends. Please check Royal Mail for potential delivery delays in their network. Delivery FAQs

Prescriptions are typically reviewed within a few hours, but can take up to 72 during extremely busy periods. You will receive notification once your prescriptions been approved.

We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay a re-shipping fee for us to send it to the correct address.

If you miss multiple delivery attempts and the item is returned to us, we will need to charge you again for postage to re-ship the item to you.

Returns Policy

Important Information About Returns

All prescriptions once issued are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Once an item has been dispensed, it is also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Eligibility for Non-Prescription Products

For non-prescription products, our standard return policy applies:

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Prescription medications (for safety and regulatory reasons)
  • Opened products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
